Don't forget a Honey Dipper

Buckwheat honey is produced through the pollination of buckwheat flowers. The resulting honey is dark amber in colour with a molasses and malty flavour.

This honey is produced in Ontario.

Tasting Notes

The Spring Blossom Honey is made from the plants and flowers that are earliest to bloom from April to June. This honey is produced from a variety of different nectar sources including colt's foot, dandelion, and maple trees. It has a mild delicate flavour that pairs well with cheeses and drizzled over fruit.

The Summer Blossom Honey is made from the various wildflowers in bloom throughout July and August. It has a more familiar honey taste and is great to use as an everyday sweetener in coffee, and tea, or as a sugar replacement in baking.

The Fall Blossom Honey is made from flowers in bloom from August to September. The main nectar source in this honey is Goldenrod, which contributes to a beautifully aromatic and floral tasting honey. Excellent in teas or spread on baked goods.

What Others are Saying

  • "Great selection of flavored honey. We love the creamy cinnamon and ginger. We also use their spicy honey a lot for cooking. The online order process is super simple and convenient. It always arrives on time and is well-packed."

  • "Highly recommend! My order was dispatched promptly and arrived fast. Securely packed - no spills or cracked jars. The owner was very easy and pleasant to communicate with and helped me to make last minute amendments to my order! And honey... honey is absolutely delicious! Bought some for myself and some for gifting but I worry I might end up eating it all before the occasion arrives. Will order again."

  • "I have bought honey from OHC three times. It has been great each time - love the home delivery - and the honey is local. I do it part because I believe eating it helps with my seasonal allergies and it seems to work remarkably well. The service has been responsive and I am delighted to continue to order from them in the future."
