All of our honey is 100% raw and unpasteurized, and made locally by our own honey bees. The different flavours we offer reflect the different seasons and regions in which our honey is produced. Similar to tasting a fine wine from different regions, our seasonal raw honeys allow you to taste the influence of different flowers based on where our bee yards are located.
