Shipping policy

 

Online ordering is currently available to residents of Canada. Please note that our order processing times are separate from the shipping times. 

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Shipping typically takes 1-3 business days depending on the carrier. Please check your spam folder for tracking information if you don't see it in your inbox.

Potential delays may result due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems outside of our control. We are not responsible for these delays. 

Courier Delivery

We offer $12.00 flat rate shipping per order within Ontario. This excludes Honey Favour orders of any size.

All shipping outside of Ontario as well as Honey Favour orders of any size are subject to calculated courier rates.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sarah@ontariohoneycreations.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Delivery Errors and Theft

Ontario Honey Creations is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong location because of errors submitted by the purchaser. For courier delivery and local delivery via courier, any lost or stolen packages must be dealt with through the courier company.
