    Ingredients:
    Chamomile Flowers (Matricaria chamomilla). 16 Tea Bags. Net Wt. 20 g (0.7 oz.)

    (Unbleached, biodegradable, non-GMO, and plastic free tea bags.)

    Traditionally Used For:
    Relaxation for the nervous system and the digestive tract.

    Brewing Instructions:
    For best results: Place 1 tea bag per cup of boiled water into tea pot or insulated flask and let steep all day. As you drink throughout the day top up again with boiled water and let steep again.

    This herbal tea is caffeine free.
